You can't do without gimmicks with such an unattractive coin.

According to NGC's priceguide, which are usually high retail prices, 35 bucks

The NGC signatures don't carry much if any premium since they weren't hand signed on these.

Probably 15-20 bucks. 10 if you want to sell it fast

Well first of all don't fall for all them "GIMMICK" slabbed coins with the fancy "Look at ME" labels with their printed signatures.

The halfs were all clad, the dollars were silver.

It's the best commemorative they have done in a while, the mintages were just set to high

Well I am looking at a investment/collection down the road for my kids when I decide to have kids

There's probably little to no potential in these halfs especially at the 69 level.

All of the modern commem halfs except for the Washington and Madison are clad. Those are the only two silver ones I can think of. I actually like a lot of the modern clad halfs the mintage is just to high on a lot of them for prices to really go anywhere

Everyone here will tell you DON'T collect coins as an INVESTMENT. Collecting should be a passion handed down to your kids or experienced with your kids
