It's an ASE. It's an ounce of silver. Nothing wrong with that.

I first thought, but knew you couldn't be speaking of Accugrade... even if for no other reason than the "penny on dime" infamy.

Ah, but the event horizon is in the rear view, and you know what that means... ;)

And since I know how much you enjoy posting videos.....

There are people who collect interesting holders.

This one might be pretty rare.

    :)

I don't have an example of that holder (I'm one of the weirdos that collects holders.)

There have been two other services that used ACGS as well, American Coin Grading Service that was active 2002 to 2005, and Australian Coin Grading service out of Perth Australia. They were active 1999 to 2005.

Interesting comment Ken. I don't think I have ever bought a coin that I wanted at melt or even slightly above. Of course that's just me. Money is no object when it comes to what I want.

Whelp, he turned down an, ahem, surely legitimate offer of seven million in his endless quest for eleven, so I'd have to say no. ;)

The dude was something else... if ever bored and in need of a little "entertainment", check out some of his old posts/threads. He had all sorts of fantastic stories about saving children and mystery men offering him a choice of huge sums of money or that coin, blah, blah, blah. Of course he "chose wisely".... just like Indiana Jones. It's good stuff, trust me...

Jesus lol. I can only think of two coins 7 million wouldn't buy and one of them some people would question whether it is really a coin or not.

He sounds like a very special person, I guess we all have different hobbies when we are bored
