GTG Cascade Jefferson Nickels

here are 3 error Jefferson Nickels. all 3 came from the same bag in 1984, all 3 are graded by NGC. GTG's
Other may also chime in but someone wanted to put to the test lets see how he does with errors strikes.

Just one more GTG Jeff and here she is A partial collar with Obv. Brockage
notice a wickedly stretched "united"
So far no one has guessed all 3 correctly some close but no cigar.
A hint as when I sent these coins in to NGC about 25 at the time , I received a call from them asking where I had found them as well if I had more, they also talked me out of multi coin holders as I had requested. as they said there was to much information to document each coin as well as the grades were beyond normal for error coins.

I'm surprised it doesn't have full steps as a lot of nickel errors seem to be better struck coins than the normal pieces.
