Taking Pictures

I am trying to improve the quality of the photos I take of my coins. Does anyone have any critiques they would be willing to share of these?

I might change the timing on the GIF of the penny, but the Peace looks great.

 

Looks great. I am really bad at pictures. I have no sense of fashion, no skills, no talent, no patience, half blind. I guess I should go to work as a professional coin grader.

My problem is lighting, distance, fstop, contrast, color, and quality. Please, what is the model and brand name of the cheap microscope?

Yes, it appears to have been cleaned.

 

@Barney McRae and @Mr. Numismatist - My Dad got me a few peace dollars for my birthday - I think they've all been cleaned.

 

Think of them as "restored" (now watch this thread stay at the top of the page)

 

That's what I meant to say. He gifted me some 'restored' Peace dollars.

 

LOL.....tapping foot, waiting for the next avalanche of the "restored vs cleaned" comments. That's what I was kidding about.
