Found this in change, I washed it with soap and water, so I do not think it is dirt. What say you? I found another one like this, maybe almost on ebay.
Environmental Exposure stain, Harsh Chemical. DO NOT use ebay as a source to compare anything. Many sellers there don't know anything about true mint errors!
I would highly recommend learning about the minting process and what can and can't happen during it. Even once you've learned the basics it makes it easier to weed out coins like this. Some of it comes with practice but knowledge is key. This video is great, it's a bit lengthy but you could turn the speed up and/or skip some of the Q&A parts and cut the time down. I learned alot from it when i watched it.
Nothing has changed with this coin since you posted it at Christmas… still stained, although if you cleaned it with soap and water you’ve managed to further damage the poor thing.

Can I ask you this, do you was coins if so, How and what do you use? What is the safe way to get dirt off or gloo?
You can try Acetone. Would be a good candidate for this experiment. Also, What is gloo? You mean "Glue" perhaps?..... Good luck..............
Distilled water, Acetone, Xylene. These are commonly considered safe to soak coins in. Do not rub the coin, however you can ROLL a cotton swab over the surface to pick up some of the more stubborn "dirt" that may be still hanging on. Search the forum for more info on how to properly soak a coin for the best results - it's been discussed ad nauseam.
