Here, another example, the holder is pinched i actually did this myself trying to find a storage box and brought this example to measure all i did was rub it lightly against a door, this would not have happened with a heavier mil spec encasement
Also, if you noticed on PMG notes, the notes move around way to much in the holder Not sure why this is but i do not have that problem with any of my PCGS notes
just trying to make the point about the new PMG holder, its not that good again The material used is to light wait i think my posts illustrate that very clearly
Instead of commenting on how many posts i made why dont we stick to the issue at hand, again i dont have a problem at all with the over all design of the holder my problem is with the mil spec of the material used, the whole idea of encapsulation is not only to grade the note correctly but to protect as well, i think they could of done a better job is all
I mentioned the paper label, and it being non water proof, and you failed to address those issues. None, and I repeat, none of my PMG notes look like yours. Maybe it's a storage issue on your side.
The reason i didnt mention it, is its not the problem, the primary issue is the Material and the thickness or the lack there of
Update: Thanks again to everyone for your advice. I ended up using PMG - since I was already an ANA member I could submit to them without added cost; to submit to PCGS I would have also had to pay $49 to join their club, which didn't make a lot of sense to only submit one note. PMG graded the note as VF30, which I was happy with. And just for the added adventure, the post office could not locate the registered package that PMG returned it in for about a day and a half. It was in my local post office branch all along but they seriously could not find it. I was like, "It is registered, right, it must be locked up?" Goodness, two trips there and about an hour total of waiting / arguing with postal employees and they finally located it...in the cage.
A very generous grade based on the supplied scans, especially from PMG here,s my VF30 from PCGS as a comparison
