No that is a Philadelphia 42/1. The Denver overdate looks nothing like that. Just off hand I don't think it is. I would expect the bottom "nub" of the 1 under the base of the 2 to be stronger than that. I think what we are seeing there is flow lines from die wear. I don't believe the end of the crossbar of the 4 is right either. I think there should be a pronounced notching in the end of the cross bar from the doubled die.
Please closely compare your (quoted post) images to those posted above of a genuine 42/1-D; do you see the rather obvious differences? Just because your coin shows what may appear to you to be some "extension" of the leg of the 4, it is very different from what the genuine example displays. I certainly cannot blame you for wanting this to be the so-called "overdate", but the presented evidence suggests otherwise.
NO, that's NOT the 42/1-D variety. As it stands now, neither is the OP's coin. However, there is a .01% chance that another "undiscovered" and different "micro-overdate" exists. Someone at CONECA needs to see yours.
