I don't think there should be a premium for a scrambled ladder.
And I don't see anything special about the other serial number.

Only worth face value.

 

They're either spenders or use them to buy something worth collecting, or invest it in the market. I see no value above face in either note.

 

Darn! That's a big electric bill. It's crazy, huh?

 

Broken ladder is just sales hype. Either it is a ladder, or it is not. Triple numbers on a note are nothing out of the ordinary. But you keep what you like, whatever it is.

 

Like i was told! Would you climb a broken ladder?

 

Unlike some, I find the broken ladder cool. Not, mind you, cool enough to keep a $100 bill, but cool enough to keep it if it were, say, a $1 bill, even knowing it would never be "worth" more than $1.

 

Different strokes for different folks. That's what makes collecting anything fascinating.
