What in the world is going on with this seller? The seller's address is in Italy, but the individual items for sale are all over the USA, over 83,000 items for sale, over 322k items sold. Some of the high end watches for sale have a picture of the eBay Authenticity Guarantee in the gallery, but it all seems a bit suspect to me. It's a hacked account.
This has been happening for a few years. Most of the time the listings say don't bid and contact them to buy directly (with some price listed). Other times it does not say that (like some of the listings here). There tend to be a ton of items listed (photos are taken from a variety of other sellers) with all sorts of photo styles (this being another clue that the auctions aren't real).

Yeah, I came out swinging with "of course they're all fake, just look at the..." and then came up empty. If they're stolen photos from real auctions, that would explain it.

They're also not having a very good night, because every listing I've checked has had the image saying "don't bid, only use Buy It Now", but they aren't actually listed with a Buy It Now price. That's one thing about automated tools for fraud (or anything else): they make it really easy for you to scale up your screwups.

And typical Flea Bay won't do anything about it.

This hacker hijacks accounts very regularly and uses the same M.O. over and over again. I've reported this to eBay for perhaps ten different member accounts over the past few months. eBay will shut this account down in a couple of days, and then this parasite will simply find a new account to hijack and start selling again.

I have no clue how many eBay buyers have been taken by this ruse, and I don't know if eBay makes good on their losses. If they don't, it's no wonder this continues. If they do, I imagine they must be developing some sort of monitor to detect mass listings inconsistent with historical listing patterns for a given seller.

I share your concern, my recent purchase of a counterfeit Elephant token (721 Euros - not some crazy bargain price) that I sent off to NGC proved it to be a counterfeit - eBay doesn't give a refund outside of 30 days and - here's what's really kind of concerning - won't let me post feedback. In the meantime this seller has another "rare" raw coin up for over $1000 and is open for business with lots of coins up - https://www.ebay.com/itm/256338232856?hash=item3baef30618:g:RyMAAOSwz1hlZ4s8. In any case, I urge extreme caution with "The Irish Connection" on eBay.

eBay has quietly implemented so many tweaks over the years to allow them to continue charging fees from bad sellers while making themselves less accountable. It is no longer the safe venue it once was because they’ve discovered it costs too much to fully protect good buyers and sellers from bad ones.
