Your photos are too blurred to make a determination. It appears as if your dime lacks reeding. If so, your "collar clash" is what's left of the original reeding after it was effaced.
Can you elaborate please? It is indeed as you described. There is a complete lack of reeds. In fact the edge almost appears bulged compared to other coins. Does this mean it is not a collar clash but something else? I can't seem to find any info on effaced coins.
