Once you click on this link and read about "doublings", NOT doubled dies that this coin is not. Then click on Mechanical/machine doubling and compare it to the mismarked coin from the TPG: https://doubleddie.com/144801.html A "doubled" die is when the die itself has anomalies from the master punches making the die and all coins struck by that die will look "doubled". MD is when the die is loose in the keepers/holders and slightly rotates in the nanosecond after the strike as the die is rising off the coin, leaving shadowing or the appearance of being double struck. It is NOT a variety because it happened milliseconds after the real strike. As soon as the keepers are tightened the dies are then tight and striking good coins. Just look at all 3 of the links in the article on "doubling". There is no way that a 3rd party grader should be certifying these coins. They are in error.
I agree that it appears to be a true doubled die based on split or "notched" serifs and extra thickness. I'm not convinced the doubling on the ear is true doubling, though.
Nobody said these were graded,I was just asking a question so I can be more educated on this and thank you for the links I will check them out and learn what I can from them
