Ok. I cant do it. I have no will power to not open a present. So, I will burst the bubble and show first.

A nice 1923 Peace in high AU. One of the most beautiful silver coins produced by our mint. (Ironically, I gifted a near identical one last year on this secret Santa exchange).

2 fun circulated Washingtons.

A 1988 French 5 centimes.

And a Philly transportation token (also ironically…. I lived there for 4 years).

A very fun variety and much appreciated gift. Secret Santa did sign the present with their username, which made me chuckle considering they posted that this was their first year. Thank you very much and Merry Christmas.

My SS package arrived a few days ago. Thank you SS. I will open on Christmas morning.

 

I got home last night from the annual coin club Christmas dinner/Bingo party to find a package in my mailbox. It will be the first item to go under the tree. Thanks Santa.

 

I got mine sent out today... should be there on time.

I held tough. I was tired and weak last night but mustered the strength…… I can buy a coin and am fine waiting for it to arrive. No problem…. But knowing there are coins in this house that I haven’t drooled all over is murder.

There is a possibility that Secret Santa's present from me has already arrived and been opened.
