in hand it kind of looks like it is, Next coin convention that comes around my area and im able to go im going to buy a true rpmm so I can see in hand what I need to look for.

All I see is a stain south of the MM. Stains can really fool you though. Study Coppercoins.com, and compare your finds against their variety listings. You will learn to attribute your own coins.
RPM's can vary widely........to the E (East), W, N, NE, NW, S, SE, SW, etc. So, what you need to look for may not be as easily evident as you might think. Things like machine doubling or post-mint damage can take on similar diagnostics. Chris
