I saw it but I didn’t buy it. I thought it was neat. Not sure it’s all there but then again I didn’t look that closely at it. It was a quiz game from 1949 and it was about all 32 President’s, Washington to Truman. I felt $27.00 was on the high side.
Some of you probably remember when, back in the early 1990's, Shell gas would give you a brass presidential token when you'd fuel up. They were in opaque little sealed envelopes, so you'd have to tear it open to see what Prez you got. There was a board to place them in with maybe 10 slots (not all Presidents were made). I believe that you could win a prize by filling the card, but there was one (forgot which Prez) that wasn't given often. I've still got a mess of them somewhere.
I don't remember them in the 1990s, but I sure dug up quite a few of the 1950s-'60s vintage ones in my detecting days!
