PCGS has a publicly available policy that they only accept items in Mint sealed packaging. If you submit after the deadline, it must be have a postmark on the original Mint mailed package. NGC only lists deadlines back to 2008. That, also is a fact. What part of those two facts represent an opinion? Within the context of the facts, yes, my opinion is that it's not plausible that a coin from the 1950s was granted a First Strike or First Release label.
