I'm in for lot 6, I really like to collect world coins along with ancients. Believe it or not, I still don't have a slabbed coin after 5 years of collecting. I don't have anything South American, but I do have a couple of Mexican coins:
I also have a pair of 20 centavos, 1943 and 1945. Unfortunately, I don't have any pictures of them, they're my favorite Mexican coins that I own.

 

@lordmarcovan so sorry to hear of Arte's passing. Knowing how much your furry family means to you and Lady Marcovan it's comforting to know he lived a loved and pampered life.

The below piece was on my want list for a long time. I won this example through a GC auction this summer. This one spent a few months on my nightstand.

I just realized I didn’t really follow the simple rules and comment on why I’m interested in this one.

My collecting focus is ancient coins with a biblical tie-in, so a Jannaeus prutah is a natural fit as one of the candidates to be the “widows mite.”
