You have to know exactly what you're looking for, there's not just a list of what's on there.

I missed out on getting a 2021 D Morgan, sold out while I was putting information in.

 

Wait, you mean there was something there when you arrived? If so, it sold out literally within less than two minutes, because I think it was 12:02 when I landed on the "no products found" page.

 

...and now that I tried searching for an individual item, I'm back in the waiting room! Estimated wait time 19 minutes. Now 14 minutes.

I don't know what they're doing, and I don't know how they all fit into that little tiny car in the first place.

Edit again: down to 6 minutes, back up to 8 minutes.

It's been bouncing between 1 and 2 minutes for about 5 minutes now.

The arrow of time is apparently a myth at the US Mint.

 

Edit: yep, I'm seeing 57 items now. Many of them are marked "Not Available" or "Remind Me". Looks like someone might have been able to pick up the 2021 Morgan/Peace commems, but they're gone now.

Edit again: ah, they have the 2019 RP palladium coin. For $2000 even, with palladium spot around $1050. Nah. (Besides, I hate reverse proofs.)

So, to summarize:

I got in two minutes after the sale started.

At that point, there were NO coins listed on the Vault page.

After ten minutes, I got kicked back to the waiting room.

At some point either just before or just after that, they actually bothered to get around to listing the coins available.

When I got back in fifteen minutes later, the popular items were gone.

I actually liked the idea of setting up a waiting room and using luck-of-the-draw to determine who got in first, limiting simultaneous users to keep the site responsive. But, sure enough, the Mint found a way to screw even that up.

 

I should have stuck to rolling up yarn for the wife.

 

I cleaned the gutters. I win.

 

Pretty much the same for me. What a juicy nothing burger.
