US Mint 'Vault Sale' for Cyber Monday at Noon Eastern

Got an email regarding this upcoming sale for tomorrow at the mint web site. They are tight lipped on what will be offered but I might pop in there to see what might be available.......no sale items......everything is full price.

They did that once back when I was still buying from the mint.

 

Yeah, it didn't say anything about how deep the vaults were. I'll pop in to see whether they offer any 1995-W proof sets.

 

Why stop dreaming? Maybe some 1933 Double Eagles will also be available.

 

At their original issue price, of course!

 

Ah rats, they're doing the "waiting room" again. I didn't get in line very early, so I'm guessing anything good will be gone by the time I get in. I may blow it off.

Me, too. Estimated wait time is 13 minutes. I'm sure all those early 50's proof sets at original issue price of $2.10 will be gone by the time I get in. Rats.

 

In waiting room. The wait time is going down pretty quick. From 34 minutes to 18 minutes in about 3 real minutes.

 

I'm in and there's literally zero products...

 

Who knew the Mint had hired Geraldo to clean out their vault?

 

That means there is nothing but krap for sale.
