I noted last night that no one had placed a proxy bid on this (#1773)lot. It was offered at starting bid 45K NOK = $3800US Coin was described as 01 grade= near MS (AU) So at 11:15 a place a bid at that price. Got up at 6:30 to get ready for work/ first checked onbasement computer/ auction progress/ lot #1703 was up. So with 70 lots to go/ I had breakfast. After that/ I checked auction/ my lot was coming up/ 5 ahead. I was sure/ that once it came up/ there would be bidding war. To my utter surprise/ I ended up winning it for opening bid. One sold last year for 24K SFRCS in EF.
