    I actually have an IHC. Beautiful as it is, love tokens aren't my cup of tea so I'll throw my hat in the ring as an extra entry for @Jersey magic man.

    So now it's time for Round 2, meaning there will be two coins in the lot.

    (2) "Shield" coins.

    An 1865 2-cent piece (decent), and a dateless (1866-1883) Shield nickel (wretched and worn out).

    To enter this round, all you need to do is:

    1. Say that you want this lot, and
    2. post something else coin-related or cheerful.

    Then, sometime in the next 2-4 days (depending on my schedule), we'll do the drawing and move on to the next round.

    You may of course say you want it for someone else, if you name that person.

    Round summary in Post #1.

    Who wants a 2-cent piece? The Shield nickel in this round is really nothing to speak of.

    Like I said before, these lots are all of pretty modest value, but hopefully with twelve different rounds, and the prizes getting bigger in quantity each round, there will be enough variety to make it fun.

    I discovered a big forgotten bag of US coins in one of my old briefcases, so this is essentially a clearance giveaway for me. ;)

    I collect nickels a bit, and shield nickels are cool. A favorite of mine is the RPD I won from @lordmarcovan last year.... Thanks @lordmarcovan for the contest!
