That’s a nice looking cent and it’s a slightly tough date for a modern cent. However it’s only worth a dime at best.

    Welcome to CT.

What’s going on with all that 2023 error pennies, because I have a boatload of them and I just can’t believe it

This is what the 1969-S Doubled Die looks like. Look at the letters in LIBERTY and the motto and you’ll see the difference.

What type of errors are you finding?

I can believe it. I have a roll of 1966 Cents. Want to trade?
Seriously, here's a link for the DDO of the 1969S Cent: 1969-S DDOs (varietyvista.com)

Mostly a kind of blurry doubling

That's usually Die Deterioration doubling and Mechanical doubling. Both considered worthless doubling and have nothing to do with true Doubled Die varieties.

    Found in all years.

DDO's and DDR's are not considered errors.
They are considered Varieties as Paddyman said above.
DDO's and DDR's happen in the die production process and are a detail in the die. An Error happens in the striking of the coin, making most errors one of a kind.
