Reviving the flowing hair design

Not sure how I feel about this. The mint is going to create gold and silver version of the flowing hair dollar design with the year 2024 on it. Read this coin world article.

No thread on it. Must have read my bio. I did recently have major hip reconstruction on the right hip.

 

Meh. If they were going to revive some of the depictions of Liberty, they'd be better off going with some of the gorgeous pattern coin designs from the 1800s that never saw widespread use. I'm thinking the Amazonian coinage or Schoolgirl dollar, for starters.
