I think your coin has been removed from a lucky coin holder like one of these.
Being encased in a holder will create a thin edge on a coin as it is crimped into the holder. It is not an error coin.

It would be helpful for you to crop your photos before posting. JMO

Are you for real - Edited - the mint wouldn't make thin coins for that reason come on bro

I agree. It came from a lucky holder. The edge probably looks like this.

Your not making any friends with comments like that. The mint didn't make lucky holders. It is most likely post mint damage.
Crop the photos so we can see them, and post them full size.
This one will need a third side photo.

    As to post #3...
I think you would do well to remember that every time you make a thread /post you are showing the rest of this community your numismatic comprehension.

This is a Broadstruck cent. Not mine but it was struck out of the collar and that’s what a Broadstruck coin is. Yours is PMD as it was removed from a novelty holder.

I totally agree with the Cent in question taken out of a lucky coin holder or bezel.
    Not a Broadstuck error.

    @Willysilver
Sometimes a simple "Ok.. Interesting.. Thanks for the information" will suffice.
Many here who respond to your questions have been into numismatics for decades o_O
So we want to be truthful not misleading in any way.

You are lucky to have a "guy"...
I looked on the website error-ref.com and did not /could not find a listing for the "Double Rim" error. Would you be so kind as to get your "guy" to write a brief explanation of how this error occurs so the information can be passed on to other members who are interested in such error coins.
The sharing of perinate numismatic knowledge is the main objective of this community after all bro.

I’d sure be interested in knowing how this error happens. I collect errors and I’ve never heard of this term. I can’t find any information on a Double Rim Error and my LCS is not familiar with that term.

Damaged cent removed from a bezel or holder (vote: lucky penny holder). Not an error cent.

Did you read any of our responses?
Forget about what the guy called it.
It is definitely not a mint error of any kind!

I hope you didn't purchase that Cent. Because it's should have no premium of any kind!
