    Here's my facing drachm of Larissa, which happens to be the pictured plate coin for the type in the "100 Greatest Ancient Coins" book. It's on its way out of my collection at the moment, superseded by nicer facing portraits:

    In a moment of weakness 2-1/2 years ago, I strayed out of Magna Graecia and won this stater with a nice pedigree. It was also in the BCD collection, but what wasn't? o_O
