Double Die ?

Hi all, So I found one interesting 1992 D penny, don't know if it is double die or not? any idea?

Seems to be a plating problem.

Plate blistering or die deterioration, either way, sorry, it is not a doubled die.

Collection value.. yes. I collect them for educational purposes

More than face value.. No.. no premium at all. Except people who put them on Ebay and label it as an ultra rare error and slap a $8,000 Dollar "Buy it now" price on it

 

Also..

The correct term is Doubled Die not Double Die.. Big difference
