Would this DMPL crossover?

    What grade do you think this dmpl would cross over at to PCGS or NGC? Would it retain the dmpl or even a pl? The lack of frost concerns me, although it appears to have some sort of mirrors. But curious to hear more expert opinions.

    I'm not sure that it would. The seller will make a good profit from the mailing fee alone!

    Some sellers lower the price of the item and up the shipping fee to reduce eBay’s take in fees.

    Odd business model. The vast majority of their listings show free shipping, except for a handful with exorbitant shipping. While the ones with high shipping also have high prices, many in the same price range are free. I don't see any pattern to it. No idea whether it would DMPL elsewhere.
