What is this a D/D RPM or D/S omm? No listings for it but it's there

I can’t tell from the photos. If anything, it’s a D/D RPM. Definitely not a D/S.

 

I think it is low resolution enlargement of a shadow as the similar occurs on the other areas of the coin with edges or shadows. Jim
