I got this older 20 from my mother because she knows I like the older style of bills and the serial number is pretty cool. Idk if it's rarer but a cool find.
Neat on two counts. Perhaps not a fancy enough serial number to be special, and too circulated to be worth much of a premium over face value, but to see an older one with an interesting serial number is still fun.
