I'm a big fan of Pareidolia because none of us would be here without it. The downside of thinking there is a hungry lioness in the weeds at the edge of the watering hole when there is not one there is that you go elsewhere for water. And probably live to become one of my ancestors. What's the most important contributing factor to ME? Why ancestors, of course!
Well, you want to befriend Sasquatch - he knows all the best secret places to pick up dinner and late-night snacks.

I knew a guy many years ago whose hobby was laying on the grass field at the park for hours while smoking a joint or two and then looking up at the clouds, making different things out of the shapes of the clouds. He used to do this for literally hours at a time. Obviously his hobby was cloud pareidolia hunting.
Ed's good at that. I love how he points these things out to us. What an imagination some of these people have!
