I'm not very knowledgeable regarding currency, any insight as to what caused this error... 0712160851.jpg 0712160851a.jpg

Yes, this seems to be a paper-fold, during which the missing portions were transferred elsewhere. Very nice...

That is really cool, and it is in good condition, too. It appears to me as well like the paper was folded there when the plate came down on it. Can we see the other side?

What a great paper folding error. A keeper for sure. :)

    Very nice find.

I'm not quite sure what I'm looking at. On the left side of the note, will the paper un-fold, and if it will, is there a tear in the paper ? Is there printing under the fold ?

A relative of mine works at the bank, so she spotted it and grabbed it for me because she knows I collect coins. Figured it might be a keeper

Thanks! No, it doesn't unfold, there may be printing underneath, not sure though.

It's amazing how that note has been around since 1995 and nobody has noticed that slight error.
    Thanks for sharing
