What a blazing beauty….. MS66-RD

 

It looks like a pretty high-grade proof.

 

Where’s the poll? My question is Proof 66 and it sure is a beauty. Blazing deep color. Do proofs get red color Designation from the TPG’s?

Proof 66, Red. It may or may not get a cameo. The Cameo designation is always dicey and inconsistently applied.

 

Can you image holding onto a coin this long in this condition? How did they do it back then?
