This 1935 is very thin so I weighed and found 2.3g Also, coin has odd shape. Is this a planchet error?

No, I'm sorry it is not an error coin. The reason it weighs light is because the coin is damaged, the edges of the coin have been cut away and metal has been removed.
    All PMD. No numismatic value.
