    I don't have very many Roman Republic coins, but this one has a cool reverse, so I bought it from my local coin dealer.

    I don't know if cherubs were street legal, but perhaps that was okay in unincorporated parts of Rome back then.

    Greek World (N. Africa, Late Classical). Zeugitania, Carthage EL Stater (19mm, 7.43g), c. 310-290 BCE.
    Obv: Head of Tanit left, wearing wreath of grain, triple-pendant earring and necklace with nine pendants.
    Rev. Horse standing right on ground-line.

    Graffitto: Similar examples with triangles/deltas (?) on Carthage EL Staters from this period (Jenkins & Lewis Group V-VII). Related somehow? 1.     Here's another Stater with Graffito ("Ξ" on reverse), this time AR Stater from Boeotia, Thebes (magistrate Theog-):

    I've posted my two presentable Senates once before -- but not in the Follow-the-Coin-Game, so I'll consider them fresh enough to appear here.

    This one has Mên holding a pinecone on the reverse, though it's a bit hard to tell on my specimen that he's not just holding up a rock that he happens to be very proud of:
