Shield your eyes from this monstrosity (and yes the wording is intentional). It's a details coin but probably not for the reason you think. Cleaning is the culprit here rather than questionable color. Whatever it was cleaned with (along with storage conditions) likely had something to do with the color though (and maybe some other experimentation too). Regardless, this is one details coin that drew my attention and I had to have it.
That’s a nice looking coin. Shame it was treated the way it was. I do like the colors it currently has.

Yea, that toning would probably be worth a few hundred dollars to somebody, but not to me. The toning may have been put there to hide the cleaning.
