1972 Lincoln cent doubled date?

    Greetings ladies and gentlemen is this what I'm looking for? The doubling in the date. I didn't bother checking out the rest of the coin as I was too excited. But I will now gracias.     I'll lean towards Machine Damage doubling. Shelflike appearance.

    True Doubled Dies can have MD... Here's a similar 1972 with MD and a closeup of another 1972DDO with MD.

    NOTE: corrosion on the MD coin is too small to notice the MD. Sorry.
