Picked up this little silver coin for a song...

THAT has to be my fav Italian coin. I had one in AU condition with beautiful toning and the delicate toning on the lace head piece was fantastic. It was stolen in a break in at my home years ago. I love that coin, still today. thanks for the posting

 

Just added this to my Mint collection. This is a BE2500 (1957) Mint set from Thailand. Technicaly it's a 1957. The 3 Tin coins are from other years. The 25 Satang is 1946, (the one with the Garuda creature) and 5 and 10 Satangs are 1950.
The 1 Baht coin is supposed to contain Silver. It is made with an alloy of Copper-Nickel-Silver-Zinc. How much Silver? Who knows, probably not much. Set has Three 5 and 10 Satangs and Two 25 Satangs, with different alloys.

Starting to buy less with silver going up but these were a few deals I couldn't pass up. First up, a lot of silver I got for melt (Most of them are Victoria so I think I did well). And I finally got a coin from Napoleon!!!! And then the last photo is just a mix of coins I've picked up. Excited for the US peso, that's been on the wish list for a while.

 

Nice batch of coins and congrats on a Napoleon, I still need him.

Some days you get lucky! I picked up this from a local charity shop today - cost me GBP 8 - I guess around USD 10 since the pound has slipped, but still a bargain I think?
