Crossing the Delaware Quarter Doubling

    Most likely from an overused die, which are created with modern methods known as “single-squeeze”. This computes to almost zero percentage of probability that this could be any form of hub doubling.

    What you are left with is die deterioration, strike doubling and planchet defects as possible culprits for odd things found, besides damage. You might find interior die breaks (IDB) known as die chips, and die breaks as well as cuds. I don’t see any doubling.

    Go to doubleddie.com and read about the different classes of doubling, I believe there are 9 distinct, different types…imo…Spark

    Yeah, it's doubling, but not the good kind. Also, few people know that's a grape Nehi bottle in his left hand! :D:jawdrop:

    Very hard to tell from the photo, but I don’t see any doubling.
