I have owned this coin since 2018 and think I paid around $25 through APMEX. It's a 2017 Republic of Ghana 1 oz. Silver 5 Cedi African Leopard Coin. So, what's she worth today? Does the Queen's passing increase the value? Thanks everyone for you input in advance!
Sal, The only listing at the NGC World Coin Price Guide is for a 2013 5 Cedis with Elephants on the back. And no values are listed. They have been notoriously slooow doing updates for newer issues. I’m thinking you may have to wait upwards of 4 years to see your coin show up…imo…Spark BTW…i think the queens passing will impact its’ value, and I really like this coin…very good design of the leopard.
I read that King Charles passed a decree that all silver coins depicting the former Queen will be confiscated! You need to turn it in to your nearest British Embassy or Consulate!
