Check out the number six in date, is that a die chip or a grease filled? I'm leaning towards the chip. The R and Liberty has the same thing. And before I forget what happened to the tip of Lincoln's nose. He looks like a boxer. Lol. On the reverse Lincoln looks like he has one leg and there's a horizontal bar sitting on his lap. I look for it and variety Vista but didn't see anything like it and they got a whole bunch out there. Maybe I just didn't take enough time to look for it or check other sites. Can you tell me what constitutes doubling of the columns? Last one on left looks like it's doubled but then again I just started on columns.

Looks like a couple of die chips to me. As far as his nose goes, Mike Tyson took a bite out of it. Or was that the ear? Heck! I forget.

I don't think they list Die Chips found on the date or on LIBERTY. Those are such a common die deterioration issue.

Hi Ed - interestingly enough, they added IDBs and BIE listings a few years back. Originally the site only catered to true CUDS but expanded at some point after. They characterize the chips by the point where the die failed, bringing a ‘science’ to the nomenclature.
