    Seeing @dirty_brian 's lovely Gran Colombia 8 reales reminded me I have one from this decade as well. I got it for the MDQ (Moneda de Quito) countermark, which I think made it legal for circulation in newly-independent Ecuador. I think the countermark is from ~1832.

    I once posted a 1740s coin/ in the 1640s decade. After working 14 hours today in 35 celsius heat/ my brain got fried a bit.
