I try and stay above water…LOL , Iam looking for a $3 Indian princes next preferably a 1854 A/U 58 or better have been checking several sights I have allot of common dates and some tough ones to but trying to find a 1987, 2001 ( anniversary and my daughters birthday just found a 1989 that has eluded me for something 1992-1999 are very tough years ! @SensibleSal66
@mpcusa . Been sitting on this one a while now. Maybe hold on to it? It's my only one left. I sold 2 gold coins a couple years ago and regret it now.
6 the 1/10, 1/4 , 1/2 and the 1 OZ that I collect all have different years that I would consider difficult, I mentioned a few on the 1 0Z side, you can throw 67 -71 in there as well I cant even find a 2019 ( the year my daughter graduated ) and that only 4 years old...LOL
As you can see, obverse and reverse, I like them all. Congratulations on your achievement. How long did it take to complete and what's next? Thanks.
I started out just doing the double eagles as they were close to 1 OZ of GOLD thought I would throw some numismatic value in there as well, as I like bullion like i mentioned earlier like 1 OZ GOLD Krugerrands, but some years impossible so recently switched focus to classic GOLD pre 1933 it only took me a couple months to complete the Indian and the liberty head collection, so not to long.
both great ideas, have never bought from an auction house and dont live to far from Rick so maybe it might be time to pay him a visit
