the 1st coin is a fake the 2nd one is probably a solidus of Valens, but the photo is too blurred to show if it's authentic or not.
the 2nd coin is Valens AV Solidus. Struck 364-367 AD. DN VALENS PF AVG, pearl-diademed, draped and cuirassed bust right / RESTITVTOR REIPVBLICAE, Valens standing facing, holding labarum and Victory on globe. Mintmark SMNE. RIC IX 2d1. still working on the first
Your first coin would be Lucius Verus RIC 549, but the coin style looks off. Compare it to others on acsearch for confirmation - I'm no expert. Its on Page 258 of RIC III marked with a *.
The first coin is obviously an imitation, that's why I considered it fake. It imitates the aureus RIC III Marcus Aurelius 549, but the portrait is not Lucius Verus (or a very bad imitation) and the blundered legend was engraved by a celator who did not know Latin. The question is : is it really gold? what is the weight? A very, very hi-res and sharp photo would be needed to see if there are no traces of a flattened undertype on the obverse. If this coin was ancient, it could be an Indian imitation.
