    64. There are clearly marks on the cheek, but some of them look like they could just be frost breaks that the camera is exaggerating.

Now the story is this I was surfing the bay just window shopping . I ran across this specimen . It was graded by Accugrade @ a 63 and honestly I believe that is the correct grade due to all the chatter on her face.
However as far as eye appeal goes of the luster color of the coin as well as the fields being pretty clean I was back and forth with the 63 grade.
I don't need the coin I have several of this date.
But again just questioning the TPG system . I personally do believe it is a plus + even though the face is scared up.
The other point is yes this is in an Accugrade slab. Whom quite a few of us turn our noses up to.
Lastly even though she's been scared ,there's something there hat drew me to this coin, from the many others I looked at last evening . Most likely the original skin on her.

It's a solid coin in MS63 plastic, at MS64 I would pass on bye.

I sure wish you had that coin in hand so you could put it under your fluorescent light :)

I bet it would look like a 65 if viewed through a few bud lights ;)

The reverse doesn't count for much. Graders barely look at it and only about 10% of the grade is dependent on it.

It might be a 63. Picture is too bright to really tell.

Mostly true but could you please raise the percentage you give the reverse? The TPGS finalizers I know use a larger number. The lowest percent I have ever heard (from the "horse's mouth" after beating around the bush for almost five minutes as to why he could not pick a specific percent :arghh::bucktooth: ) was 20%!
