Fine Details is my thought. Looks like it has a heavy skin from either ren wax or some other coin care.
Anacs was lower than all of us expected; that's still a solid coin (one I would have been happy to find when I was doing my type set album of detail coins).
That was my guess because it looked a little darker than the grading companies usually allow for a straight grade. Anacs called it corroded and burnished (aggressive cleaning giving the coin an unnatural look).
