Absolutely true and I do not know of any REPUTABLE dealer who would accept returns from the same buyer over and over. I do know of several times (decades ago) when people were removed from auction lists and not allowed to bid for this reason.

 

And when an eBay buyer does this to a Seller, the Seller can block the Buyer id.

MS64 today. MS63 before gradeflation (when you guys had a mullet and a muscle car)

 

I had a '64 Volkswagen when I was flexing my muscles back an eternity ago........

 

I'd go with 63 because of the face.
