    Worn, deteriorated, overused die and maybe been in acidic environment
    Barely worth one cent. Save as a learning experience only

    Looks like a dryer coin somewhat, but its still environmental damage to coin.

    Probably zinc but minted with a worn die and it shows wear from circulation.

    Acid damage, texture is similar to coins that have been in an acidic solution.
    These coins have been more common recently it seems lol.

    Someone thought that was a zinc cent and tried to remove the copper layer, only to find out that it was pre-zinc and still copper. But now it's just a ruined coin.
