I saved 1982s for my coin book. Can you see them? IMG_20230429_124710.jpg

No matter, these coins are only worth a buck or two in MS65 condition. I will just buy them rather than figuring out which one is which.

The photo is blurry but I can see you have 5 holes. Just go buy them at your LCS and fill them. That’s what I did.

I am no good with phone camera. I will try that going to a LCS and have them help me with these holes. I have 5 holes all together. I also need to check 1982 Copper small date that is filled. My grandfather must have done that. I have several coin books that were my grandfather's and several I bought myself. I have duplicates of barber dime and V nickels.

Hey @buddy16cat ….. I am one of those guys that is totally useless with photographic equipment…. But I have learned how to take decent coin photos with my phone. The whole key is to find a way to keep your phone still. Rest it on something when you take a photo and your pics will clear right up.

Yeh I am useless when it comes to my phone camera. I can use my scanner. This coin was in the copper small date spot. Is this copper small date?

    No. It’s a large date.

Here’s how to tell a large from a small date. Just look at the 2. It’s straight on a large date and curved on a small date. 57C91E68-3CCD-4965-A758-97BC4823B5E4.jpeg

It looks like most of my 1982s are large date. This one a large date?

Try shooting the picture without Vaseline on your lens. ;)

LOL. Kidding. But yeah, those pics are way too blurry.

It is challenging to get the whole page in focus, I know.
