    The first and most important question you should ask is.. What kind of error do I have? and/or Is this an error?

    Could be a slight Double Clipped Cent .. depends on what a collector may pay for it if it truly is what I think it is.
    I have purchased Double Clips for a few dollars.. $2.00 - $5.00
