    I some how forgot to take a photo of the label, LOL
    I will get a couple pics in a few days.
    Anyways Guess away there should be enough details to help you identify it.

    a silver cob of some type... french or spanish maybe lol

    Spanish Cob - 4 Reales? 17th or 18th Century? I'm having a hard time judging size. Edit - I'll go with 8 Reales for my guess - VF.

    WAY out of my league.

    Just for my information:
    Can items like that get formally graded, i.e., slabbed?
    If so, what TPGs?

    I know huh, looks just like a hunk of metal to me, I honestly don't know how one would grade something like this. It is NGC.

    Very very sweet, I have a "DC cob" made with silver from that wreck, but Honestly I think I like yours better :D
