Heraldic Eagle Fake

Need help in confirming this coin is a fake. Reverse arrows have no arrow heads and eagles eye looks odd to say the least. Coin is also not flat and has a yellowish color to it. Just want to make sure its a fabrication.

BTW front says its a 1799

 

It's downright comical, truth be told. Compare this one to what the arrows should look like on a 1799:

 

I thought as much but just wanted to be sure. The eye is funky as well. Thanks for the input though.

I would actually pay a $2.35 for that coin if it was offered to me simply as payment for making me laugh. That is $2.35 more than it is actually worth.
